潘新潮，1977.12出生，男，博士，讲师。2007年毕业于浙江大学环境科学与工程专业，2007年获浙江大学博士学位。
主要从事固体废弃物的无害化资源化研究。其论文《Detoxifying PCDD/Fs and heavy metals in fly ashes from medical waste incinerators with a DC double arcs plasma torch》发表于《Journal of Environmental Science》杂志，论文《Characteristics of Melting Incinerator Ashes Using a Direct Current Plasma Torch》发表于《Journal of Environmental Science Journal of Environmental & Analytical Toxicology》。
