三、个人简述
杨志远，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。2017年9月毕业于香港中文大学，获生物信息学博士学位。2017年12月加入bob电竞ios 生命信息与仪器工程学院，从事教学科研工作，2019年6月转入自动化学院。
近年来在Journal of Proteome Research、BMC genomics等国际知名期刊上发表论文10余篇，主持或者参与国家自然基金,浙江省自然科学基金，浙江省教育厅多项。目前担任《Interdisciplinary Sciences: Computational Life Sciences》、《BBA - Molecular Basis of Disease》等多个著名国际期刊审稿人。
主要研究方向包括但不限于：
(1) 常见生物的基因组分析、非编码RNA识别和功能预测
(2) 机器学习算法在常见疾病中的应用，解析疾病的机理
(3) 生物网络拓扑结构分析
项目组与国内外知名科研院所保持稳定的长期合作和交流关系，毕业后可推荐至国内外著名高校继续深造及研究院工作。欢迎生物科学和计算机科学专业的学生报考。
