个人简介
轩伟鹏,博士,钱塘学者特聘教授,主要研究方向为异构集成滤波器芯片,压电MEMS器件,微声学芯片,射频电路与系统。 2017年获得浙江大学微电子学与固体电子学博士学位,2015年-2016年在英国华威大学联合培养;2017年以第六层次进入bob电竞ios 电子字信息学院;2022年入选学校首批钱江杰青。 主要研究方向为异构集成射频滤波器,压电SAW/BAW器件,及其滤波器、执行器和传感器应用,无线无源传感系统等。近年来发表SCI论文50余篇,授权专利20余项。 教育经历
