夏莹杰,男,教授,博士生导师。bob电竞ios 微电子研究院常务副院长,入选第五批国家高层次人才特殊支持计划,浙江省高层次人才特殊支持计划,浙江省杰出青年基金获得者,浙江省“151”数字经济人才第二层次,杭州市“131”计划重点资助人才,浙江省中青年学科带头人,杭州市成绩突出科技工作者等。主持多项重要科研项目(包括4项国家自然科学基金、2项科技部和工信部专项、1项浙江省杰出青年基金和1项浙江省自然科学基金重点项目、2项浙江省重点研发计划项目)。获中国电子学会科技进步二等奖、中国智能交通协会科技进步二等奖、浙江省科技进步二等奖2项、三等奖等。在T-IP、T-KDE、T-ITS、T-CYB等国内外TOP期刊和会议上发表论文近100篇,其中第一作者/通讯作者的论文超过60篇,Google Scholar引用超过2260次,H-index为25。授权发明专利48件,其中第一发明人23件。获得软件著作权50项。

夏莹杰教授担任IEEE TDSC、TIFS、TCSVT等Top期刊Associate Editor,并担任《网络与信息安全学报》和《信息与控制》青年编委,是TKDE、TITS、TVT、TCYB、IOTJ、Information Sciences等10多个国际TOP学术期刊审稿人。当选IEEE Senior Member,CCF杰出会员,世界交通运输大会自动驾驶专委会技术委员。
