Prof. Liang Hu is a member of the National Young Talent Program, a member of the Fluid Transmission and Control Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society and the director of the Special Flow Control Program. He is mainly engaged in the research of ultra-clean flow control components and systems for IC manufacturing.
