Notice for the Tuition and Accommodation for 2017-2018 Academic Year

Dear all,

2017-2018 academic year is coming at the corner, please complete the following payment: tuition, accommodation and insurance.

Student who fail to make the payment before the deadline, will be:

1. According to the Student handbook of Hangzhou Dianzi University, students who do not complete the above mentioned payment will be regarded as waiver of enrollment;

2. According to the Laws of International Student Visa Management, visa of those students who do not complete the above mentioned payment will be cancelled and asked to leave China within 20 days;

3. SIE will reserve the right of applying the new residence permit for those students who do not complete the above mentioned payment.

Ø Pay before: Before October 15, 2017

Remind: Please bring your payment receipt when collecting your visa extension paper.

Ø Visa: Present the payment receipt when collecting your visa extension paper

Ø Amount:

TUITION: Original tuition – Scholarship= amount you need to pay

For example: you are a student of business management, bachelor and you are awarded with third prize of scholarship, so the tuition you need to pay is:

RMB16000 – RMB10000= RMB6000

ACCOMMODATION: Must pay.

Note: if you are awarded with the first prize, you still need to pay the accommodation first.

INSURANCE: Must pay.
