Since establishment of the School, we have adhered to the fine tradition of unity, diligence, seeking truth and innovation, carried forward the university motto of dedicated to learning, practice, integrity and innovation, and unswervingly focused on the works of comprehensively strengthening the connotation building and improving the school running level. In particular, since the 12th Five-Year-Plan, the School has adhered to the discipline building and talent education as the center, deepened reform, accelerated development, significantly improved the capacity and level of school running, significantly enhanced the strength of school running, and significantly improved the conditions of school running, and realized the transformation from a teaching research school to a research teaching school.
During the 13th Five-Year-Plan, the School will adhere to the school running concepts of educating student first, creating excellence and characteristics, building brand and key breakthrough, conform to the development trend of digital economy, take improving the quality of talent education as the main line, adhere to people-orientation, adhere to reform and innovation, and vigorously implement the strategy of strengthening the School with talents. By 2020, the School will be built into a high-level school with obvious informatization characteristics and first-class and international level, and will become an important base for digital management talent education and digital management innovation research and social services in
